You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To ensure health and safety standards:

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup, skincare, or haircare products unless they caused an adverse reaction (see below).

Exclusions: Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized beauty kits are final sale and cannot be returned.
