You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To ensure health and safety standards:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup, skincare, or haircare products unless they caused an adverse reaction (see below).

  • Exclusions: Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized beauty kits are final sale and cannot be returned.

  3. Pack & Ship: Pack your items securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

    • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including all shipping costs, to make it right.
